Please note, all attendee pass types receive:  

• Daily coffee breaks (AM & PM) 
• Daily lunch  
• Tuesday & Wednesday evening drinks receptions 

Should you require additional catering for your booth, meeting room, reception, etc, you can order directly from the hotel or through an external caterer.  

External catering is permitted at a fee of THB 5,000 per period subject to hotel approval  

This form needs to be completed and returned to the venue directly: Rahttee at [email protected].

Note: You must provide a full list of items with the quantity of each item and equipment per day subject to penalty from the venue if the approved list does not match delivery.
