Registration & pricing
Passes are available to purchase on our website. Click here to register.
You may pay for your pass by credit card (MC, Visa, Amex) or invoice. All fees are due in full in order to gain entrance.

We have a limited number of complimentary passes for communication service providers. Click here to apply for your complimentary CSP pass.
As a recipient of a complimentary All Access pass for DTW Asia, you may be asked to participate in up to three appointments during the event as part of our Executive Connect meeting service program.
Executive Connect is our tailored one-to-one meeting service, where we will facilitate meetings with you and leading technology providers to help you on your transformation journey. This ensures you and your team make the most of your visit to Bangkok.
After 12 January 2023, a 20% discount is available for groups of 3 or more delegates registering from the same company at the same time for VIP and All Access passes. Terms and conditions apply.
Note: Group discounts are not available during super early bird and early bird price phases.

You can email [email protected] if you would like to update the details of your badge prior to the event.
If you need to make a change on site after your badge is printed, please come to the Registration desk on level 22.
Yes, you can register on-site when you arrive at the Centara Grand by Central World, but to avoid delays on arrival, we recommend you register online prior to arrival.
We only accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do not accept cash.
Please note, you can register for yourself or colleagues, but each delegate must provide photo identification to collect their badge.
Cancellations & substitutions
Registration can be cancelled/changed and a 50% refund made only if e-mail or written notice carries a transmittal time or postmark of no later than 11:59pm (EST) 14 February, 2023.
No other form of cancellation notice will be accepted. All cancellations must receive a confirmation from TM Forum to be considered valid.
All participants who register later than 11:59pm (EST) 14 February, 2023 are responsible for full registration payment and no full or partial refunds will be offered.
Charges for cancellation or changes to reservations for accommodation, airfare or other transportation are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel & travel
Please check with your individual embassy regarding rules and requirements. Letters will only be provided with a confirmed event booking.
TM Forum can provide an invitation letter upon completion of your event registration. Links to request the letter will be on final confirmation screen and in the confirmation email.
- Car: Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
- Taxi: Uber and Lyft do not operate in Thailand. Grab is the most widely used ride share app which is slightly more expensive than a taxi.
- Bus: Route 25 and Route 60
- Train: BTS and SRT
- Metro: MRT

Onsite facilities
Central World, the shopping mall next to the event venue.
Yes, Wi-Fi is provided for all attendees. This will be on prominent signage throughout the event.
If you have issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi onsite, please find a member of the TM Forum team who will help you.
Catering
All attendees can enjoy AM & PM coffee breaks and a buffet lunch each day. These will be served in the exhibition hall on level 22.

Lunch: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm (VIP lunch will be served in the dedicated VIP lounge on level 23).
- PM break: 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm
*If you have any dietary requirements you will need to let us know at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Networking
Relax, network and enjoy a beverage with fellow attendees and exhibitors. The after hours mixer is open to all pass holders.

No, TM Forum does not provide attendee lists.
Please also note that we often come across fraudulent service providers who claim to be able to offer attendee lists. TM Forum has not authorized this, and we would encourage you to avoid any of these scam attempts.
First timers
Before you arrive, it’s wise to build your agenda using the event app.
Make sure to complete and publish your profile. This will enable you to be seen and network with other attendees.
Plan your visit. Create your personal agenda, bookmark your top sessions and networking activities, so you don’t miss out.
