Starting October 1, 2022 travelers entering Thailand are no longer required to show Proof of Vaccination or COVID-19 test result. All travelers can freely travel to Thailand.

Travel Insurance is still highly recommended when you travel to Thailand.

At TM Forum, we want to keep things as simple and easy as possible. We’re living in a time where not everything goes to plan, so if you are no longer able to attend Digital Transformation World Asia from 14-16 March 2023, we’ve got you covered.

If circumstances arise and you are unable to attend, we will offer you a full refund.   Circumstances that apply are:

• The country/state you reside in closes its borders to travel
• The country/state you reside in has enforced an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
• There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements

You must inform us at least 14 days prior to the event.  If you cancel any tickets after this date, you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given.

Face coverings are not compulsory during the event 

Speakers will not be required to wear masks but we do ask you be mindful of how close you are getting to attendees if you move around while speaking.   

We ask attendees to provide their own face coverings, should you choose to wear one. 

We will also have hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue and event spaces.  

If you are not feeling well, please watch for COVID-19 symptoms.  

Depending on your symptoms and how unwell you feel, please go to the nearest testing facility, urgent care, or hospital. Please follow the guidelines on when you should seek medical attention if you are showing COVID-19 symptoms.  

Should you end up testing positive:  

• You will not be allowed to return to the event.  
• Please follow the guidance of the testing facility, urgent care, or hospital that you visited in order to best protect yourself, as well as the community. The facility at which you test positive will notify the Department of Health if deemed necessary by local guidelines for contact tracing purposes.
