Leonard is responsible for the global market positioning of Oracle’s business and operations solutions into communications service providers and large enterprises to deliver optimal business outcomes. This includes Oracle’s Unified Operations portfolio of cloud-native solutions supporting automated service design, delivery, and lifecycle management of fixed, pre-5G, and 5G-era mobile and digital services delivered over physical and cloud-based networks.

Prior to Oracle, Leonard led product management, consulting, and engineering teams in MetaSolv Software, Nortel Networks and Architel Systems.
