Stephen Raj

Partner, Global Sales Lead, Telco+ - Singtel NCS

Stephen joined NCS in 2021 as a Partner (Global Sales Lead) in the Telco+ Strategic Business Group and is responsible for leading its global sales, marketing and alliances functions. He manages country leaders and their teams across Asia Pacific who strive to help Telco+ clients with their internal and customer-facing digitalisation initiatives.
Stephen has more than 25 years of Asia Pacific and Global experience in the technology industry. Before joining NCS, he was the General Manager for Asia Pacific for UST and prior to that, he was also the Director of the Managed Services and Cloud Business in Asia Pacific and Japan for NTT. Additionally, he spent a decade at Accenture in its Public Sector and Microsoft practices where he was involved in large-scale transformation projects.
Stephen is actively involved in the non-profit sector and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives Singapore (CHARIS).
