Jinsoo Jang, team leader of NW Bigdata Engineering Team at LG Uplus (LG U+), led the development of the Network Real-time Analytic Platform (NRAP) for LG Uplus' 5G network operations, helping increase customer service satisfaction using network-related data.
Jang participated in the NRAP project to ensure 5G service quality before LG U+ rolled out the world's first commercial 5G service. Her main responsibility is to collect various big data from mobile devices and service equipment affecting the telecom's network services and turn it into meaningful insights.
Jang's team participated in a Catalyst project of the TM Forum, a global industry association where the world's leading telcos and device manufacturers work together to prove new technologies, and helped LG Uplus' AI Control Desk project receive the Outstanding Contribution award.
Currently, Jang is responsible for collecting and operating data generated from LG U+'s all network services provided to customers and taking part in the digital transformation journey of the LG Group.
