With more than 23 years of experience combining research, vendor, and management consultancy, Thomas is an accomplished leader in the Telecommunications and ICT industry. He is currently Managing Partner and Head of Business Development at Detecon Asia-Pacific Ltd. and for more than a decade directly responsible Detecon Group’s entire business development in Southeast-Asia and Pacific (excluding China). Having led more than 170 client engagements for Detecon in 13 countries in the region, Thomas can leverage a widespread, vivid industry network. He is advising his Clients mastering the challenges of digital transformation and latest business and technology developments such as Partner and Innovation Ecosystems, 5G, the Internet of Things or Cybersecurity. Furthermore, with his very successful team, he covers a broad range of state-of-the-art topics from strategizing new, innovative business models to ensuring best practice, large-scale technology implementations. His Client base in Telecommunications, ICT and beyond includes operators, regulators, vendors, investors as well as public entities.
 
Besides spending most of his scarce free time with his family Thomas is having great interest in anything and everything that evolves around technology and the Internet and enjoys piloting small Cessna aircrafts, digital photography, and astronomy.
